Terms and Conditions of Sale — NAM GLORY Last updated: June 2026 1. Seller Identification The namglory.com store is operated by a micro-enterprise registered in France. Any order placed on this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). 2. Products NAM GLORY sells technological beauty devices and associated care products. Products are described with the utmost care. Minor variations in appearance or color may exist between photos and actual products, without constituting a defect. NAM GLORY reserves the right to modify its product range at any time, without prior notice. 3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. NAM GLORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. For deliveries to Switzerland, any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for these additional costs. 4. Order The order is considered final after payment confirmation. NAM GLORY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment issues, incomplete address, or suspicion of fraud. In case of product unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a replacement product, a credit note, or a full refund. 5. Payment Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. The transaction is secure. NAM GLORY does not store any customer bank details. 6. Delivery Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. The indicated delivery times are given as an estimate and do not constitute a contractual commitment. NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to carriers, customs services, exceptional events, or force majeure. The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier. 7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. To exercise this right, the customer must contact NAM GLORY at the email address indicated on the site before the deadline. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return and its verification. Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed or whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons. 8. Warranties NAM GLORY products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a defect found upon receipt, the customer must contact NAM GLORY within 48 hours with supporting photos. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, immersion, or modification of the product. 9. Liability NAM GLORY cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products. NAM GLORY's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order. Products are intended for external cosmetic use. NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with the instructions provided. 10. Personal Data Data collected during the order is used solely for its processing and delivery. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Intellectual Property All content on the namglory.com site (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. 12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts of the seller's registered office will have sole jurisdiction.
