General Terms and Conditions of Sale — NAM GLORY Article 1 — Purpose and Acceptance These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the micro-enterprise Publisher of the site and any person making a purchase on the site. Any order validated by the consumer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Article 2 — Prices and Modifications The prices of our products are indicated in the chosen local currency (EUR / CHF). NAM GLORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, particularly based on advertising campaigns or bundle offers. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Article 3 — Electronic Product Warranty (NAM GLORY Pro) The NAM GLORY Pro device benefits from a limited 6-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from misuse, dropping, immersion in water, or lack of maintenance. Use of the device with incompatible cosmetics or products. In the event of a confirmed breakdown under warranty, the product must be returned to us for expert assessment at the customer's expense. If the defect is validated, a standard exchange will be carried out (no cash refund will be given). Article 4 — Medical Disclaimer The products distributed by NAM GLORY are home cosmetic care devices, not medical devices. The information provided on the site or in our advertisements does not constitute medical or dermatological advice. NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for any skin reaction, allergy, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic results obtained. Article 5 — Applicable Law and Disputes These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute or disagreement, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office (Thonon-les-Bains / Haute-Savoie, France) will have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the country of delivery or the client's nationality (including for clients residing in Switzerland, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
