Delivery Zones

We deliver to the following countries: France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, and throughout the European Union.

Processing Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

• France — 2 to 4 business days
• Belgium — 3 to 5 business days
• Luxembourg — 3 to 5 business days
• Switzerland — 3 to 7 business days
• Other EU countries — 4 to 8 business days

Delivery to Switzerland

Orders destined for Switzerland are shipped from France. Any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Order Tracking

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched. You can track your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Package

In case of a lost or damaged package upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at the following address: glowalyah@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
