Return and Refund Policy — NAM GLORY Our return policy is strict and valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of your package. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Mandatory Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. NAM GLORY Pro: The device must never have been powered on. The sealed packaging and protective plastic films must be intact. Any unboxed device will not be accepted for return for obvious hygiene and health safety reasons. NAM GLORY Mist: Due to their cosmetic nature and for hygiene reasons, mist bottles cannot be returned or exchanged once the protective seal or packaging carton has been opened or altered. Return Shipping Costs and Risks: Return shipping costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. No prepaid return label will be provided. Return packages must be sent with a valid tracking number. We decline all responsibility if we do not receive the returned item. Packages lost by the customer's carrier will not be refunded. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected by our teams, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after examining the condition of the products. If approved, a flat-rate restocking and administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the original order amount.
