Shipping Policy — NAM GLORY
Processing and Shipping Times:
All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are provided as an estimate by the carriers (La Poste, Swiss Post, Mondial Relay, YunExpress). NAM GLORY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, customs blockades, bad weather, or periods of high activity). No order refunds will be granted in case of carrier delivery delays.
Responsibility and Address Errors:
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information entered when placing the order. In case of an address error preventing delivery, no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the reshipment costs will be fully charged to the customer.
Package Marked as "Delivered": If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package has been deposited in the mailbox or handed to the recipient, the carrier's scan will serve as proof. NAM GLORY will not issue any refunds or reshipments for a package declared "Delivered" by postal services.
