Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product, without having to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition
- For hygiene reasons, products with packaging that has been unsealed or opened cannot be returned
How to make a return?
- Contact us by email at glowalyah@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will provide you with the return address within 48 hours
- Ship the product via Colissimo or equivalent with a tracking number
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
Defective Product or Order Error
If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
